Job Purpose The India Campus Recruitment and Program Management Team is seeking an University Relations Specialist - Engagement and Branding (AVP) to join Citi India Campus Team. Based in Mumbai, the AVP will be responsible for ensuring that the highest caliber candidates are attracted to Citi through appropriate on campus marketing. This role will manage the campus recruiting and program manage deliverables for a selected group of businesses in Citi India covering summer internship. The role also double hats as a University Relations Specialist for India that focuses on a broad UR strategy for APAC. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Employer Branding & Campus Developing interventions to continuously improve on the Brand Study results in order to have us as an Employer of Choice. Strengthening Campus Engagement to increase connect of the businesses with the campus students and leveraging the various platforms including social media to intensify the brand resonance. Build and maintain relationships with campus team Sponsors, Relationship Managers, and Leaders to shape and develop our presence on campus Foster strong relationships with senior university contacts whilst also supporting graduate team university relationships. Managing external partners including campuses, assessment & knowledge partners, marketing agencies, social media agencies, professional social networking websites etc. Passionately working towards enhancing |Candidate Experience | Employee Experience | Employee Advocacy | Employee Engagement | Internal Communication | Social Media. Collaborating with Business, Marketing and HR to create and execute measurable campaigns, both online and offline. Creating and executing strategies on channels like Glassdoor, Alumni Network, Social Media Channels etc. Working and learning with Global Employer Branding Champs across the company and creating best practices around employer branding. Working on employee communication strategies through online and offline platforms that support organization goals and business. Execute internal and external communications initiatives. Qualifications / Experience Experience in managing multiple projects. Experience working with Universities and managing large scale events is desirable Skills / Competencies Strong business acumen and analytical ability - Proven capability to identify business trends and opportunities using data and technology Desire to be in a service-oriented environment with enthusiasm and high level of interest in Human Resources and Campus Recruitment & Program Management Strong client focus - able to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence. Demonstrated track record in partnering with senior leaders in the development and implementation of HR / talent strategies. Results orientation - works through defined goals, metrics and actionable plans to achieve desired outcomes has a sense of urgency and fosters the same in others. Communication - ability to articulate ideas clearly and succinctly in a variety of settings and styles and strong influence, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Accountability - assumes ownership for achieving results and collective goals. Teamwork - acts as a catalyst for formulating a collaborative environment to achieve a common purpose across cross functional teams Change orientation - works effectively while maintaining positive outlook in the face of ambiguity, shifting priorities, and rapid change.
