Job Title - Unit Manager- Central Operations Place of work - Mumbai Business Unit - Operations Function - Retail Operations Job Purpose : This role entails responsibility for driving innovation in all operational activities related to Retail Banking. This role entails responsibility for conceptualization of ideas and ensuring implementation within budget and deadlines. The role bearer is primarily accountable for ensuring seamless maintaining of Retail Operations projects, automation initiatives and Business Process Management (BPM). This role has many internal and external interactions with key stakeholders and is a vital contributor to the organization\'s overall profitability and health. Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for field collections for all Retail Asset products Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation and payment update in the system Oversee the entire closure process from prepayment to matured for all Retail Asset products Spearhead settlements and AHFS (Asset Hold for Sale) closures unit to mitigate delinquencies for the bank Lead cancellation and refund processes for all Retail Asset products pan India Manage additional disbursals and trans disbursals to the customers for the bank Lead part payment and reprising including MCLR, BPLR and ROI revision Ensure smooth on boarding of payment partners Ensure the processes and policies are compliant and streamlined within the Regulatory guidelines Strategize and create roadmap for re-engineering business processes to improve customer service, enhance controls and to drive cost effectiveness and accuracy Monitor critical success metrics by maintaining dashboards Ensure adherence to internal compliance and regulatory reporting to the ORM team Recommend quality initiatives across central operations team for optimization of processes in order to improve TAT and increase operational efficiency Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities: Champion IDFC First\'s customer first culture by driving the team to take up high degree servicing norms to ensure absolute customer delight Attract and retain best-in-class talent for key roles in their reporting structure Educational Qualifications: Graduate - Bachelors in Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Engineering / Management / Information Technology any others Post Graduate - MBA / Finance / Operations Experience: 8 years plus.
