Role/Job Title:Operations Manager-Retail Assets Operations - JLG BC Business:Retail Banking Operations Function/ Department:Retail Banking Operations - Central Disbursal Payment Place of work:Hiranandani, Thane Roles & Responsibilities: 1.Maintain average productivity of more than 90% 2.QC error rate to be maintained below 3% for Makers and 1% for checkers 3.99% of the volume to be processes within TAT 4.Undertaking the activity in prescribed manner basis the activity type (Accounting, MIS preparation/ BC maintenance etc.) 5.No delay and errors observed in activity performed and No follow ups requires 6.Publishing all MIS within timeframe without delays / errors Secondary Responsibilities: 1.Ensure that defined guidelines are followed while performing critical activities 2.Actively contributes to the team with innovative ideas Key Success Metrics: Individual productivity and TAT breach % in Pre-sanction and post-disbursement DVU. QC error rate, Audit observations and Process lapse in activity performed
