Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities - Manage a team of Sales Managers - Generate Deposit Mobilization & Insurance distribution through channel partners - Ensure productivity of SMs through Deposit mobilization & cross sell of Life insurance - Local knowledge of the market competition and industry. - Managing two or more cities / regions - Ensure productivity through Deposit mobilization FD penetration branch activation and renewals at ND branches - Consolidate the sales strategy of the company with an in-depth understanding of the market dynamics. - The individual will provide necessary update and feedback to sales teams to achieve the desired business objective. -The incumbent will measure productivity and efficiency level of sales team closely and initiate corrective action to increase revenue per employee. -The individual will conduct regular reviews with team to ensure sales strategies are well executed. Responsible for managing the Volumes of Retail FD & Insurance business. 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) • Convincing partner to sell our product • Getting the application of a customer processed 5. DECISIONS (Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end) Customer queries resolution and escalation management of reportees 6. Required Qualifications and Experience
* SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent) Educational Qualifications a) Qualifications MBA/PGDM or Equivalent b) Work Experience • 4-6 years of total experience in branch banking • Preferred from BFSI / Branch banking / Retail Banking with Liability Product Experience • In-depth understanding of branch banking and its position in the industry • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
