Job Purpose
\xe2\x80\x9cThis position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.\xe2\x80\x9d Content Manager will be responsible for creating\xd9\xab improving and maintaining content with the goal of achieving business goals. Duties will also include raising brand awareness by sharing content\xd9\xab and monitoring web traffic and metrics with the interest of maintaining best practices.

* Duties and Responsibilities - PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) \xe2\x80\xa2 Duties & Responsibilities: o Develop content strategy that aligns with marketing and business targets both long term and short term. o Collaboratively design and develop site content\xd9\xab design\xd9\xab and layout alongside design and marketing teams. o Generate and publish engaging content o Edit\xd9\xab proofread and improve upon writer\'s\xe2\x80\x99 posts when necessary o Ensure brand consistency by communicating effectively with writers o Optimize content according to SEO o Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics o Increase web traffic across platforms by managing content distribution to online channels and social media. o Ensure all data and work is legally compliant (e.g. copyright protection) o Remain current on developments and generate new ideas to draw attention of audience 4. * SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent) Educational Qualifications a) Qualifications & Work Experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Technical Knowledge & Experience o Background of Financial products with MBA in journalism\xd9\xab Marketing or relevant field o Proven work experience as a Content manager o Verifiable experience with MS Office and WordPress o Basic technical knowledge of HTML and online publishing o Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics o Comprehension of and familiarity with social media o Outstanding written English skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Personal Attributes o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- both verbal & written o Ability to multi task- work on tight deadlines and able to cope under pressure o Attention to detail and high level of accuracy o Strong problem solving/logical thinker and highly numerate o Ability to work with cross functional teams and multiple stakeholders
