Job Summary . Unit Manager - Finance & Accounts/Senior Unit Manager - Finance & Accounts Job Purpose \'This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.\' Job Duties & Key Responsibilities . Duties and Responsibilities - Required Qualifications and Experience: . Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years of experience in Internal Audit or IFC . Banking or NBFC experience is preferred . Excel proficiency Duties and Responsibilities . Test Design & Implementation of Internal financial control reporting framework for all business verticals viz. Consumer SME Commercial E-commerce Mobile Apps etc. including all Support Functions . Preparation and Maintenance of Risk Control Matrix (RCM) & Process Flow Chart for Business & Function in IFC Tool . Support in IFC related requirements of Statutory Auditors . Identify control gaps perform testing & validation on the same including testing of remediation efforts. . Follow-up on open issues & exceptions for remediation & closure . Collaborate with cross functional teams & internal department to implement an effective IFC Framework to ensure all risks and controls are being documented & managed appropriately in a proactive risk based and disciplined manner to meet external internal and regulatory requirements . Ensure that risks are appropriately identified documented and reported in compliance with laws regulations and internal policies and standards. . Assist in publishing timely reports for executives senior management and key stakeholders. . Maintain IFC framework in IFC Tool Required Qualifications and Experience .
