r r r r 1.Recruitment of Financial Products Distributorsr r 2. Generating leads from Open Market who are interested in becoming Financial Product Distributor / Individual Financial Advisors (IFA) to distribute various financial products like Mutual funds, Fixed Deposit, Life Insurance , Health Insurance, Bonds, PMS , AIF , NPS, SGB .r r 3. Explaining Mutual Funds & other financial products Business opportunities and earnings to interested leads.r r 4.Coordinating and assisting enrolled candidates for NISM - Series V-A (AMFI).r r 5.Providing training to IFAs for Business Development.r r 6.Providing training to distributor on all the financial products .r r 7.Preparing business plans and strategies to develop business of IFA.r r 8.Planning different activities to explore better business opportunities and new developments.(5) Joint Call - accompanying IFA on client meeting.r r 9.Addressing and spreading awareness regarding investments in group client meets.r r 10.Solving distributor's queries.r r 11.Establishing strong relationship and communication with distributors.r r 12.
