Qualification: graduate

We are looking for immediate joiner, we are conducting direct walk-In interview for 2 days on October 5 and 6 @ somajiguda.

Those who are well experienced in insurance sector can grap this opportunity.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Execution of sales target through his/her team of FA/IM

• Responsible for recruitment and management of Agents (FA/IM)- Identify, recruit and manage advisors from

the respective region

• Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of market/products

• Monitor and review agents\xe2\x80\x99 performance. Help them achieve maximum business

• Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards

\xe2\x80\xa2Technical/ Functional Essential: Experience in insurance sales; \xe2\x80\xa2Excellent Interpersonal Skills; Basic knowledge on Computer Operations
\xe2\x80\xa2Desirable: Knowledge about the insurance industry; Should be high on initiative \xe2\x80\xa2Well-groomed and confident



*Required Qualifications and Experience*

• Graduation/ Post Graduation

• Preferred experience: Minimum 6 months to 10 years

• Preferred Nature of Industry: Insurance- Preferably from SBI Life, Kotak, Bajaj Allianz

• Experienced candidates with good background, selling skills and understanding of insurance industry. (Good

advisors with strong insurance background can also be referred)

• Fresher with good communication and selling skills and insurance knowledge is also preferred.
