Product Manager - Wealth

Expectations :

1- Create investment solutions ,design models on Financial Planning & curate portfolios for HNI clients basis their risk profile , goals and well defined needs. .

2- Ideate on opportunities and design new products especially structured products with support of institutional team to enhance product basket.

3- Providing regular product updates, competitor analysis ,strategic and tactical product recommendations to leverage upon the brand positioning.

4- Ensure legal ,compliance, regulatory and business risks are controlled by effective due diligence on the investment products ,processes & systems.

5- Contribute to the development of plans, processes, systems and procedures to improve the overall functioning of the unit.

Daily responsibilities and activities :

1- Regular reviews of client portfolios and generate reports and output for the relationship team for proper asset allocation and portfolio construction.

2- Collate and update Weekly/Monthly reports and presentation to the management.

3- Design and execute goal sheet,tracker of Relationship team performance and MIS generation on revenue parameters.

4- Ensuring all product related documentation is as per process and comply both internal and external audit requirements.

5- Actively manage desk risk via strong checks on Risk profiling, Asset Allocation models,right product selection to mitigate complaints.

6- Relationship management with business partners, AMCs, Third Party Product providers & negotiating commercials and new tie-ups.

Qualification/experience :

1- CA/CFA/MBA/Post Graduate in Finance/Accounting or related discipline.

2- Min 6 years of investment /wealth management experience with 3+ years of experience in product management in the industry.

3- In depth knowledge of Wealth products, MF,PMS,AIF, Equity ,Fixed Income, Structured products & the Wealth software/platforms.

4- Detail oriented, analytical, command over data handling and excellent communication skills.
