Job Title: Unified Communications Project Manager : We are seeking an experienced Unified Communications Project Manager to lead the implementation and deployment of unified communications solutions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with specific expertise in Microsoft Teams configuration and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) deployment. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for unified communications initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Lead cross-functional project teams, including IT specialists, vendors, and end-users, to execute unified communications projects according to schedule and quality standards. Oversee the configuration and deployment of Microsoft Teams environments, including channels, policies, security settings, and integration with other systems and applications. Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement Microsoft Teams solutions that meet business requirements and enhance collaboration and productivity. Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders, including executive leadership, IT teams, and end-users, through regular updates, presentations, and reports. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. 6-7 years of relevant experience Proven experience in project management, with a focus on unified communications or IT infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams architecture, configuration options, and integration capabilities. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) deployment and management. Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and adapt to changing project requirements in a dynamic environment. Job Type: Full-time Schedule:
