Job Title: Unified Communications Project Manager : We are seeking an experienced Unified Communications Project Manager to lead the implementation and deployment of unified communications solutions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with specific expertise in Microsoft Teams configuration and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) deployment.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for unified communications initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, including IT specialists, vendors, and end-users, to execute unified communications projects according to schedule and quality standards.
- Oversee the configuration and deployment of Microsoft Teams environments, including channels, policies, security settings, and integration with other systems and applications.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement Microsoft Teams solutions that meet business requirements and enhance collaboration and productivity.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders, including executive leadership, IT teams, and end-users, through regular updates, presentations, and reports.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 6-7 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in project management, with a focus on unified communications or IT infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams architecture, configuration options, and integration capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) deployment and management.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and adapt to changing project requirements in a dynamic environment.
- Monday to Friday
- total work: 8 years (Preferred)
- IT project management: 6 years (Preferred)
