Job Description

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Responsible for Guiding students for IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, SAT 1, GRE, and GMAT Coaching.
To deliver pipeline leads and conversion targets by intake, assist with the execution of destination-specific activity calendars
Counsel students regarding abroad education opportunities such as regarding Country, Course, Universities, programme selection, and career planning.
Provide accurate information regarding the study abroad programs, courses, colleges and universities, and countries like the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK.
Act as the single point of contact for clients with respect to queries and Registrations.
Counsel students & working professionals through multiple media like telephone calls, emails, WhatsApp chats & social media.
Handling walk-ins & counselling them for new registrations & admissions
Generate leads and follow-ups for admissions & closure, Provide consultation with a high level of professionalism.
Develop & maintain positive working relationships with students/working professional
Maintaining Records of all student queries and status updates of action taken thereon.
Delivery of Sales targets in a performance-driven competitive environment.
Managing the data in system software (CRM).
Enrolling Students on the test prep and admissions, following up with the students, Convert enquiries into enrolments
Conduct research on courses and universities, Assisting students with their Application & Visa process
Analyze the mindset of the students who are interested in abroad education and motivate and encourage clients to take up the course
Contact potential or existing students/customers to inform them about a course, product or service 
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information, manage in-house/online interview sessions where students can meet institutions representatives to submit applications on the spot
Follow up leads and enquiries and maximize the number of applications submitted 
Possess high level of competency in using CRM for managing student cases and running performance reports. Ensure accuracy in data entry and management
Attend to student face-to-face, phone, and email enquiries in a timely and professional manner
Coordinating with Branches/ Associates for pending documents and payments, Filling online/paper applications, and submitting the application to overseas Universities.
Solving the queries of branches/partners through emails and calls.
Taking the initiative and efforts to build a professional work environment, ensuring that deadlines are met, and the students/ agents have a positive experience during the entire admission process.
 
Minimum Requirement 
Candidate with 2–5-year experience in Admissions/ Career Counselling in the education industry preferred 
Good Communication & Sales Skills
Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems
Excellent knowledge of English
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Bachelor's Degree - preferred.
