VOIS provides application operation services to Vodafone Ireland. The services are provided fully integrated in Vodafone Ireland\'s IT service management processes and IT Operations teams.
The role purpose is to provide services in the area of

  • 3 years of combined experience with administration of Unica and it\'s production support
  • Must have experience in UNICA Campaign tool.
  • Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) marketing experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Campaign Execution
  • Experience in marketing automation tools (Acoustic)
  • Unica backend support/admin knowledge, troubleshooting the issues/errors in the Unica Campaign
  • Should be able to triage database performance issues with SQL being sent to the database from the campaign processing
  • Troubleshooting the issues/errors in the Campaign Applications. Monitoring system health, provide input for the application server, and DB server cleanup activities.
  • Should have Good hands-on in SQL/ PL SQL implementation in Oracle on large volumes of data
  • Understands, Documents, and/or creates the Logical and Physical database design including the source to target data mapping and ETL processes.
  • Collect system/business requirements for Business Intelligence, Reporting and Analytics solutions.
  • Monitor Production environments and work with various teams to resolve Mission Critical issues
  • Experience in using Unix/Linux utilities for analysing logs, and trouble-shooting the applications with Application servers
  • Highly developed time management skills and ability to priorities workload
  • Good knowledge with UNIX and scripting
  • For key systems, ensure that appropriate documentation and training materials are available and roll out cross skilling of this data as appropriate to both first- and second-line teams
  • Adhere to testing, security, incident and change management procedures
  • Operate with the incident managers to ensure speedy resolution of issues and provide required detail for accuracy of reporting.
  • Attend team meeting and Operations communication sessions as required.
  • Ensuring all incidents and issues for key systems are added to knowledge base
  • Ability to work in diverse and multicultural teams and develop a detailed understanding of application operations.
  • Liaising with support groups and other departments on planned maintenance activities, technical issues and major incidents.
  • Responsible for working with 1st /2nd level support teams and 3rd parties to resolve operational issues.
  • Solid analytical & troubleshooting capabilities
  • Passionate to contribute to customer satisfaction combined with an attitude to continuously improve the service delivery quality
  • Good presentation and documentation Skills.
  • Experience in European work Environment is an added advantage
