Roles and Responsibilities Objective
o The role will be leading the Record Management unit of operations at Gurgaon and will be responsiblefor overviewing Credit File & Legal Folder Dispatch, Storage & Review for all the branches.
o Overviewing Vendor Facility Operations for all the locations and ensuring performance SLA\xe2\x80\x99s are met.
o Managing the securitization /DA pool activities
o Coordinating for the clearance of pending audit queries -internal / external

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Oversee Credit File & Legal Folder Dispatch
a. Rigorous monitoring of Credit File & Legal Folder Dispatch process
b. Close follow-up with Branches & Courier vendors for ensuring not files are misplaced
c. To ensure timely Dispatch, Inward, Scanning, Archival & File Review processes performed by theVendor.
d. To overview stamp duty / stamp paper reconciliation & conduct monthly process audits to ensureRegulatory compliance.
e. To ensure FPC & Welcome Letters are dispatched to customers on timely basis along with customeracknowledgement on document receipt.

2. Audit Query resolution
a. Resolve Audit Queries raised by Vendors through regional teams
b. Conduct weekly reviews with regional operations team for Query resolution
c. Timely verification of Legal Folders & closure of critical audit queries

3. Undelivered Management
a. To develop a robust mechanism for management of undelivered management
b. To ensure FPC document receipt to all the customers on time

4. Process Controls & Checks
a. Ensure all policies and processes related to Record Management are up to date and followed bythe team
b. Conduct internal audits at regular intervals to ensure there are no critical observations
c. Maintain performance metrics, defect ratio and ensure SLAs are met within the agreed timelines
d. Conduct Vendor facility audits on a regular basis

5. Stakeholder/ Vendor Management
a. Hold monthly meetings with teams to discuss errors observed while Credit File & Legal FolderReview activity.
b. Build a strong relationship with the vendor and reduce Functional cost by 20% YOY.
c. Ensure Vendor Billing is managed smoothly and no escalations are received from the vendor.

6. People Management
a. On-board, training and review performance of their direct reports in RMU under their purview
b. Ensure low attrition for the Team.
