Associate Director Business
P&L owner for the category :
- Managing distribution/ Channel, Revenue and GTM
- Distribution with Organic Channels - Create dominance in market share with penetration across Online (Youtube) and Offline channels
- Distribution with Paid Channels- Derive ROI across paid channels of GDN, Influencer marketing and other affiliates.
- GTM - Create and establish traction products to create leads
- Conversion - Create Properties to drive sales.
- Sales Management - Ensure the sales team is driven towards the objective by managing ROI
- Consumer Insights - Analysing data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends regarding the product and category.
- Owning customer experience metrics to ensure NPS.
- Manage a team of 8-10 highly driven individuals.
