• We are seeking experienced and dynamic UK Recruiters with 2 7 years of relevant experience to join our team in Visakhapatnam.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities for UK-based clients, including sourcing, screening, evaluating, and scheduling interviews in alignment with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and understand technical job requirements for various roles shared by clients.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to assess their suitability for open positions.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate effectively between candidates and client teams.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with candidates through consistent follow-up and engagement.
• Work with clients across IT, Pharma, and Retail domains to fulfill their hiring needs.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and market trends to identify and attract relevant talent.
• Network through industry contacts, associations, trade groups, social media, and employee referrals to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create, review, and refine job descriptions.
• Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with hiring managers to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and implementations.
• Effectively utilize job portals and ATS platforms for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 7 years of UK recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to IT, Pharma, or Retail domains.
• Strong understanding of UK tax terms, including Inside IR35 and Outside IR35 regulations.
• Knowledge of various UK work visa types, such as Tier 2, Skilled Worker Visa, and Dependent Visas, along with their implications for hiring and compliance.
• Proven ability to source and recruit candidates across permanent, contract, and temporary roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with UK-based candidates and clients.
• Proficiency in using major UK job portals (e.g., Monster UK, Indeed, LinkedIn) and ATS tools.
• Strong networking, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
