UX designer JD: Responsibilities: Understand product specifications and user psychology Create Competitive Analysis, User Research, Personas, Flow charts, User Journey Maps, Card sorting, Affinity Mapping, IA through user research and data Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success Develop Low fidelity Wire-frames and prototypes around customer needs Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability) Communicate design ideas and prototypes to the Product owners and Product managers Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends Requirements: Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role A user-centric mindset Attention to detail Creative and analytical approach Understanding of interaction design principles Business know-how: Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps Strong portfolio of UX Design case studies for the projects Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture Proficient in design software (e.g. Adobe XD) Problem-solving aptitude Analytical mind with a business acumen Excellent communication skills BFA or MFA - Applied Arts/ Any other Design Degree or a related field Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process 2 UI Designer JD: Responsibilities: Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces Creating a visualization of screens within a prototype framework Identifying design problems and devising elegant solutions Presenting ideas, concepts, and design solutions to various stakeholders incorporating feedback in your designs Developing and maintaining documentation regarding style guidelines Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverable to peers and executive level stakeholders Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards Requirements: Proven UI experience Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio Solid experience in creating Wireframes, Color-theory, Typography, Icons, and Prototyping Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies Strong portfolio of UI Design for the projects.
