We are looking for a talented UI designer to design user-centric experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile teams, with developers and UX designers. You will be able to make deliberate design decisions and translate any given user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction. Position: UI/UX Designer

Qualification: BCA/MCA, B.E/M.E, B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or any relevant field

Role and Responsibilities:

• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
• Collaborate with other team members.
• Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas.

Required Skills

• Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during interview.
• Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
• Experience using tools such as Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, Adobe XD, etc.
• Creative ideas with problem solving mindset.
• A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.
• Experience working in an agile/scrum development process.
• Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it.
• Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
• Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.

Nice to have

• Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of video editing tools like After Effect, Adobe Premiere, etc
