Job Description
Collaborate with user research, product, engineering, and clinical teams to guide the holistic product experience Work with qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions through an iterative process Solve complex design problems by identifying appropriate design methods and facilitating cross-discipline sessions Present design solutions and rationale for your decisions Deliver an excellent product experience consisting of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production ready designs Ensure a coherent, high-quality product experience by working closely with our design system and engineering teams Qualifications 5+ years professional experience in user experience / product design An outstanding portfolio that showcases your foundation in product design Experience designing complex workflows for enterprise software, ideally in healthcare Experience with integration of legacy user interfaces Exceptional design skills with an insistence on quality and design-for-impact A strong understanding and commitment to accessibility standards Proven track record in partnering with Product Management and Engineering teams Experience in a high velocity agile environment, from ideation to testing Mastery of Figma and experience with other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Zeplin
