Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and creative

UI/UX Designer with strong Graphic Design skills

who can design user-friendly digital experiences while also creating visually engaging graphics and short videos/reels. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, user-centric thinking, and the ability to balance UI/UX design with branding and marketing creatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design intuitive and engaging

UI/UX for websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms

. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. Design graphics for social media posts, ads, banners, brochures, posters, and branding materials. Create visually appealing

short videos & reels (shoots)

for social media platforms. Develop creative concepts, brand identities, and campaign visuals. Conduct basic user research and apply UX best practices to improve usability. Edit images, create illustrations, and design motion graphics (if required). Ensure all UI/UX designs and graphics align with brand guidelines and business goals.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in

UI/UX tools

such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. Strong knowledge of

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Solid understanding of

UX principles, usability, and user-centred design

. Ability to create short video content, reels, and animated graphics. Strong creative mindset with a good sense of layout, colour, typography, and interaction design. Basic video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools). Good attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.

Preferred / Advanced Skills:

Motion graphics skills (After Effects). Experience in UI/UX design (Figma, Adobe XD). Knowledge of 3D tools like Blender/Cinema 4D (added advantage). Experience in creating brand guidelines and packaging designs. Familiarity with AI design tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
