Role: UI/UX Designer

Location: Noida

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Lead the creation and execution of user-centered design processes, from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring a focus on user needs and satisfaction

\xc2\xb7 Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design ideas. Create and refine user interface elements and user experience flows

\xc2\xb7 Craft visually stunning and consistent design solutions for our B2B SaaS products, ensuring they reflects our brand identity and resonates with our target audience

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate closely with Business and Platform Engineering Teams to implement and iterate on design concepts, providing guidance on design principles and best practices

\xc2\xb7 Plan and conduct usability testing and gather feedback to make data-driven design decisions

\xc2\xb7 Ensure that the product\'s UI/UX is responsive and works seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes

\xc2\xb7 Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design patterns

\xc2\xb7 Conduct user research to gain insights into user behaviors, preferences, and pain points. Translate research findings into design improvements

\xc2\xb7 Keep up to date with modern web technologies, frameworks, and design trends to remain competitive and offer the latest features and capabilities

\xc2\xb7 Implement analytics tools to track user behavior and gather insights for continuous improvement

\xc2\xb7 Communicate design concepts and decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field

\xc2\xb7 7+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in B2B SaaS product development

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar

\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of design principles, user experience, and user interface design

\xc2\xb7 Experience with conducting user interviews and usability testing

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence

\xc2\xb7 Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles

\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS and Javascript

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and collaboration skills

\xc2\xb7 Product & customer centric thinking

\xc2\xb7 Ability to think creatively and critically to solve design challenges

\xc2\xb7 Experience working in an Agile development environment
