Job Description

We are looking for a highly creative and near perfectionist to join our young yet super competent team as a User Interface Designer. UX Designer is responsible for planning, leading, and contributing to human-centered design activities. This is a client-facing role and requires a strong understanding of Experience Architecture and Design principles and best practices, as well as an understanding of the common tools used in modern website and application design environments. Roles and Responsibilities Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and developers.
Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behaviour.
Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.
Preferred Candidate Minimum 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer is required
Should have experience in Mobile and Web platform.
Experience using tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision, UXPin, Quartz.
Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
Ability to Work with UX Design Guidelines.
Experience in User Research, Interaction Design.
Experience in Creative design.
