Job Description

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer for the IT firm that will be responsible to research , design, curate the web & app designs and flows; providing prospective customers/clients with all services offered and additional presentations as needed, and working with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult throughout the design process. Responsibilities:

• Creating user-centred designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
• Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups
• Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces
• Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components
• Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g responsiveness)
• Collaborating effectively with the product, engineering, and management teams Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Interaction Design, Computer Science or any other related field.
• Prior experience with UX/UI design with a strong portfolio to show previous work.(Figma, Adobe XD)
• Excellent knowledge of wireframing tools (Wireframe.cc, InVision, etc)
• Strong experience with creating wireframes, storyboards, user flow, process flow, and sitemaps.
• Excellent knowledge of visual design and wireframing tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Great visual design, time management and multitasking skills.
• Good problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
• Well read on the new technology and best practices in the market.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb9150,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9300,000.00 per year Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Overtime pay
