You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to deliver intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly designs that exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of user-centered design principles, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a portfolio showcasing their design skills and problem-solving abilities. **Immediate joiner is required ** Responsibilities : Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, user needs, and business goals. Conduct user research, including usability testing and gathering feedback, to inform the design process and identify opportunities for improvement. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma). Design and optimize user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistent branding, visual coherence, and a seamless user experience. Work closely with developers to ensure design implementation is consistent with the intended vision. Iterate on designs based on feedback, data, and user insights to continuously improve the user experience. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design, and share knowledge with the team. Assist in creating and maintaining design systems, style guides, and other design-related documentation to ensure design consistency across projects. Requirements : Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. Minimum 2+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating previous work. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design. Familiarity with usability testing and user research methodologies. Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
