Anytime! Anywhere! This Internship program is primary designed keeping in mind college going students. There is no specific work time. Being a fully-remote program, you\'ll be embedded into micro teams and tasked with works to be completed in a flexible timeframe set by yourself. Who can apply? 1. Anyone who want to develop their UI/UX skills with relevant prerequisite skills and interests.
2. Our goal is to provide you with practical knowledge and exposure while you are still at college.
3. We actively offer full-time offer letters to our best Interns when they pass out from their college.
4. If you are not a college-goer, you can still apply as Acowale hiring process focus only on skills. Is this a paid program? Acowale Internship programs are completely free of cost. Acowale or group companies do not collect any payments as course fees. (Online) Will I get a Internship certificate? Yes. You\'ll be provided with Internship/Trainee certificate for the duration. Can I substitute it against my Mini/Major Project? Yes. We\'ll provide all required documentations and supports. What are the Job Requirements? 1.
Work with senior team on Acowale\'s new underdevelopment web & mobile application. 2.
You\'ll be tasked with designing the web & mobile layout from the product sketches/frameworks shared. 3.
Work together with the developer team to build the application. 4.
Assist in running the preliminary tests for the platform. 5.
Create delightful, compelling, user-centered experiences across interfaces for web and mobile. 6.
Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software. 7.
Conceptualise visuals based on requirements. 8.
Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts. 9.
Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas. 10.
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand. 11.
Design elegant flows & interactions for audiences across platforms and work closely with product managers, visual designers, and front-end engineers to ensure the user goals are met throughout the journey. 12.
Analyze heatmap, Google Analytics, and other data to make better decisions to meet user goals. 13.
Suggest interaction design variations to AB test various UI interactions, offer creative solutions to product-related design/usability challenges, and expose site usability problems. How long can I be an Intern? There is no specific time limit. You can work with us how-ever-long you want. I\xe2\x80\x99m in college, will it affect my studies?

• This program is designed keeping in mind your priority while at college should always be your studies.

• You will be tasked with assignments to be completed in a flexible schedule chosen you yourself.

• University exam weeks will be off-days.
