Job Description

: We are looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer & Illustrator with a strong portfolio showcasing their work. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user experience design, user interface design, and visual design principles. You will work closely with our product and development teams to create engaging and visually appealing designs for our digital products, ensuring that they are both user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing. Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications, ensuring optimal usability and visual appeal
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to continually iterate and improve designs
• Create high-quality illustrations, icons, and graphics that visually enhance the user experience
• Develop and maintain a strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX and illustration skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
• 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design and illustration
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design, illustration, and visual storytelling (please provide a link to your portfolio)
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• Experience in designing for web and mobile applications, with a deep understanding of responsive design and native app design
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex design challenges
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
