• 
  Understand the big picture of the product, design the organizational structure behind and make interactive

components of the site

• Be an advocate for the user and have an innate ability to translate customer needs into scalable, effective UI

design with a propensity towards simplification

• Develop/ Co-develop a reusable, adaptable UX pattern library and style guide for use across our product line to

ensure consistency that will sustain an iterative optimization process and future growth

• Creating and maintaining screen wireframes, mock-ups, process flows, site maps, navigation system, screen

prototypes & conceptual models to clarify & refine new product solutions

• Taking the final visual design and work with S/W Leads to integrate and release the HTML / Mobile UI to

production

• Work collaboratively with other designers, product design and development teams, business analysts, engineers

and project managers

• Be willing to take initiatives and complete ownership of major features in the project
• Driven to improve product progressively on daily basis

Qualifications

• 
  Must be creative and a skilled Designer who is on top of latest industry and cultural trends
• Excellent communication skills especially listening skills and empathy for the end user experience
• Good eye for aesthetics: layout, grid systems, color theory and typography, information design, visual hierarchy

and more

• Understand the building blocks of a great user experience
• Thrive in a fast-paced working environment
• Experience on any design systems/ methodologies such as “Agile” and “Sprint” Methodologies would be a bonus
• Solid grasp of User-Centered Design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid

prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns

• Adept at handling and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data
• Plan and design the information architecture for the website or app; what information should go where, which

elements are more important and should be given priority

• Expertise in the standard design tools, such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch,

Axure, InVision, UXPin, Justinmind, Balsamiq or similar

• Familiarity with different interface types (Web, Mobile) and related design guidelines/ patterns, awareness and

understanding of material design (Android & i OS) guidelines is a strong plus
Additional Information

• 
  Bachelors/ Master’s Degree in relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/ UI development
• Strong portfolio demonstrating past work experience and relevant, user-cent
• Strong understanding and experience of Web standards, cross-browser c basic understanding of

HTML5, CSS3 and bisic Java script

• Certification in Human-computer interaction (HCI) Design is an advantage
