Over the next few weeks/months, we have a number of critical milestones to achieve as we set out to augment our vision for the modern product we are building for the RE industry. We are seeking a Lead Ul/UX designer to join our dynamic& growing team. Roles & Responsibilities -Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers. -Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps -Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets -Build page navigation buttons and search fields -Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like. -Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables) -Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders -Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) -Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback -Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images Preferred Skills -Proven work experience as a Ul/UX Designer or similar role -Should have worked with Figma / Sketch / Adobe xd - Portfolio of design projects + Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders Qualification Education : Any graduate Experience : 4- 6 years We offer a competitive salary and benefits, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.
