Job Position: UI/UX DesignerJob Location: ChandigarhJob Responsibilities:

• Play an integral role in shaping the evolution of Firminiq's marketing.
• Participate in end-to-end design for marketing experiences, from idea to UX to pixel-perfect execution.
• Clearly understand the business needs and goals while taking design decisions.
• Collaborate with our marketing and technical teams to create high-quality marketing assets that delight our customers.
• Deliver development ready UI designs with a clear understanding of the brand visual language and guidelines.
• Create detailed user journeys and take appropriate design decisions that are backed by data.
• Effectively communicate with the Product and the Engineering team.

Required Skills And Experience:

• 3+ years of design experience.
• Understanding of customer experience and the relationship between brand and product design
• A deep and diverse portfolio that demonstrates your conceptual design foundations.
• Experience working within and evolving established brands
• Strong understanding of typography, grids and layout design
• Ability to assess content, identify hierarchy and key concepts to visualize
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
• Ability to work collaboratively and inclusively with a remote team.
• Effective and efficient written and spoken communication skills.
• Experience in illustration, animation, video, and branding.
• Experience in data-driven design and testing.

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?700,000.00 - ?1,100,000.00 per yearBenefits:
