About Hesa: Hesa is connecting Bharat with India Phygitally. We are bridging the gap for the world's largest customer base that resides in rural India by being the ONE STOP solution for Corporates, SMEs, Banks, Government and NGOs who wish to access rural India, for buy-sell propositions including brand promotions and social responsibilities. We also connect the rural entrepreneurs including farmers to sell their products in the market.Who should you be?We are looking for someone who would love to build for the next billion users. You will be a natural at understanding user behavior & human-computer interaction design (HCID), in coming up with elegant solutions to improve our application. You should have understanding of user motivation at different steps and turn that into gamified version.Responsibilities

• Conduct research and deconstruct our users' digital interactions and habits.
• Come up with workflows based on our target goals.
• Create and maintain digital assets, such as interface design files, wireframes, and interactive mockups.

Skills

• 4+ years' experience as a UX designer.
• Proficiency in designing interfaces and building clickable prototypes.
• A history of deconstructing user behavior to create an improved experience for users, showcased in the form of blog posts, articles, screencasts, etc.
• Fluency in best practices for web-based information architecture and design
• Strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
• Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs
• Experience in a highly Agile/scrum environment
• Ability to work in a startup environment
