Job Description

Key responsibilities:

• Gather and evaluate requirements in collaboration with project managers, engineers, and designers
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
• Illustrate design ideas using process flows
• Mobile app and website designs.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how app and web function and look like
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UI/UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Rapidly test and iterate the designs.
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images

Mandatory skills:

• A clear understanding of UI/ UX in mobile and web designing.
• Willingness to understand/acquire new skills
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Should have good logical reasoning and understanding of how software/Apps function.

Added Advantage:

• Creating digital marketing images (social posting/banners, blog graphics)
• Video production and editing
• Creating branding materials, printing materials for publishing (books, brochures, etc..), and advertising.
• Experience in UI/UX and frontend development (HTML, CSS, JS). More is always better.
• A professional training/ certification/ course in UI/ UX.
