Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with client LSA and stakeholders to understand application complexity and redesign requirements.
Drive UI/UX design and development using
Pega Constellation architecture

Ensure compliance with best practices for responsive design and accessibility.
Work closely with business analysts and developers to implement user-centric designs.
Troubleshoot and optimize existing UI components for performance and usability.
Provide guidance on Constellation upgrade strategies and adoption.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong expertise in Pega Constellation UX
(mandatory).
Hands-on experience in
UI/UX design principles
, responsive design, and usability testing.
Familiarity with
Pega 8.x platform
and Constellation architecture.
Ability to work on complex insurance applications and deliver intuitive user experiences.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
