: Skills / Requirements: Have an experience in a Business Analyst role at the previous workplace

• Understanding and using various methods to measure user experience (there are several metrics such as success rate, time, time, customer satisfaction)
• Have middle level skills to prototype UX
• Communication skills to discuss with developers and member of the team the best way of functionality realization
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to defend your proposals
• Knowledge of UI development tools and concepts
• Have knowledge of various BSS domains such as CRM, Billing, Provisioning, Order processing, Campaign, Commissioning RA , FMS , Reporting etc.

Good-to-Have

• Extensive experience in Telecom processes, eTOM, TMF Framework, Open APIs etc.
• Portfolio of the UI/UX interfaces

Experience: 5 - 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience Qualification: UG: - BE, B.Tech, BCA; PG \xe2\x80\x93 M.Tech, MCA, M.Sc. : Responsibilities

• Performs analysis of business processes, contextual analysis, and studies the target audience to suggest ideas for the best user experience
• Prepares prototypes of UX
• Communicates with UX team and frontend dev team to explain the way how UX features shall be designed and implemented
• Examines existing software products, identifies usability issues, and suggests ideas how to fix and improve UX
• Manages UX backlog
• Participation in QA testing of new functionality
• Participates in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing
• Researches and understands the best practices of UX design principles
• May be responsible for line management of one or more technical teams
