About The Job:

• We are seeking a UiPath Automation Test Engineer to design and execute automated testing frameworks for RPA solutions in the US healthcare domain.
• This role focuses on validating end-to-end UiPath workflows, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.

Essential Job Functions:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for UiPath workflows using UiPath Test Suite (Test Manager, Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework).
• Create and execute functional, regression, and performance test cases for RPA bots.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar).
• Identify defects, analyze root causes, and provide detailed reports to development and business teams.
• Collaborate with RPA developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define test requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure all testing adheres to US healthcare security and privacy standards (HIPAA).

Qualifications:

• EXP- 5 - 8 years
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience in automation testing, with at least 1 year focused on UiPath Test Suite.
• Strong knowledge of RPA concepts, REST/SOAP APIs, and SQL.
• Familiarity with US healthcare processes and interoperability standards (HL7/FHIR) preferred.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
