Job Title UI Developer - Angular, JavaScript

Job Posting Title : UI Developer

Experience - 4-7 Years

What does a successful UI Developer do at Fiserv ?

• Work in an Agile, Analyse and understand product requirements to develop application by participating in requirement gathering & analysis.
• Building self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components using Angular.
• Collaborate with back-end web developers and programmers to improve usability.
• Identifies areas for improvement in existing interface structures.
• Developing functional documentation and guidelines for other team members
• Following UI design guidelines and best practices
• Ensuring all designs and specifications are rendered properly.
• Conduct testing of completed features and software to Assess user experience.

What you will do:

• Understand the business domain and implement the requirements.
• Work as a part of a scrum team along with server engineers, testing engineers and Product managers. Take part in different agile ceremonies.
• Designing and developing the visual and interactive reusable components of web applications and mobile applications using Angular.
• Collaborate with the back-end developer in the process of building the Restful API and integration.
• Document and run unit tests to enhance product performance.
• Work on bug fixing to improve product performance.

What you will need to have:

• Good understanding of core JavaScript, Object Oriented concepts and Design patterns
• Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in JavaScript, ECMAScript and Angular.
• Good understanding of Angular, Angular CLI, Angular Libraries, Angular Schematics, Angular lifecycle & components
• Strong proficiency and development experience in Angular Building reusable components and Angular Material Framework.
• Must have experience to manage and interface with APIs and RESTful web services.
• Experience with a state management system such as RXJS, Redux.
• Experience with writing unit test cases.
• Strong debugging skills and Strong analytical and reasoning skills that result in clear technical execution.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team-player who can also work independently and ability to learn new tools quickly and independently.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git and must be familiar with git repositories (like github or bitbucket)

What would be great to have:

• Experience integrating and implementing JavaScript graphics/visualisation libraries and Google Map API.
• Experience in ReactJS library.
• Experience with Java and SQL.
