Job Description

You will be responsible for contributing to the evolution of MPOWER s brand through visually compelling design elements. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and maintain the design systems and ensure consistency across all digital platforms. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Designing and creating wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas while iterating designs based on feedback, A/B testing, user testing, and emerging design trends Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, to understand project requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces Conducting user research and usability testing to gather feedback and enhance user experience Staying regularly updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate innovative design solutions THE QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Fine arts, or any related design field 2+ years of relevant experience in the design industry as a UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design expertise Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc Good understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
