Job Overview – User Interface Designer
Skills:
Proficiency in the ability to convert ideas into beautiful, intuitive, and functional visual designs Possess in-depth knowledge of creating user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Proven work experience as a Visual Designer, UI Designer or similar role Portfolio of related works (e.g. web Pages layouts, Mobile app, logos, graphics) Hands-on experience with image editing and digital sketching software, like XD, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts Ability to meet deadlines while working on team projects Attention to visual details Knowledge of HTML/CSS; is a plus Should be a highly creative and self-motivated individual
Role Definition:
This role will provide an opportunity for the candidate to work with a team of experienced UX designers and front-end developers that are responsible for creating innovative user interfaces that impact people worldwide.
Candidate will need to coordinate with product management teams to gather information and provide solutions in the form of visual designs. Candidate should also be able to generalize design techniques that can be applied to achieve high quality standards in minimum time.
He/She will need to ensure that all User Interface designed meet usability objectives and design requirements and document them in the form of style guides.
Experience:

• Possesses a portfolio demonstrating 3+ years of experience in user interface designs for web and mobile applications
• Candidate should have worked with design teams and have considerable knowledge of UI design processes
• Should be experienced working with front-end developers to provide support and review prototypes
• Possess an ability to mentor and train junior designers to achieve desired results
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Have an up-to-date knowledge of latest design trends and technologies

Qualification:
Graduate or master’s degree in visual arts, Fine Arts (BFA/MFA), Graphic or any equivalent qualification / experience and format
