Roles and Responsibilities You will be responsible for co-ordinating with Different Functions of UCC NOC,
capturing training requirements and co-orginating with Central L&D team for
training arrangement
You would be responsible for publishing weekly dashboard for overall training and
certification status of NOC
You would also be responsible for Constant upgradation of skill for the team on
New Services, guidance by view of regular enagements
You would also be responsible for Creating new process documents and
modify/edit and publishing new versions of the edited document. Basically you
have to deal with entire process documentation cycle.
