The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable in advanced Audiovisual systems to include Unified Communications, Video Walls, Processing, Control, and Audio. The candidate will design, implement and support complex audio-visual systems from start to completion with client acceptance supporting the client with offices across the globe. The ideal candidate will need excellent communication and customer service skills, combined with a technically sound understanding many of the following: Cisco, Logitech, Zoom, Microsoft, Crestron, and other AV products, their management suit and monitoring systems. We are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of hands-on experience designing AV solutions and overall 8+ years' experience in monitoring, implementation and troubleshooting of AV infrastructure for International clients. Key Responsibilities Will be required to work on HLD and LLD, implementation and operations support. Interact with the client for transitioning of current services, preparing and executing a technical transition plan as well as provide consultation to the client for service improvement. Oversees the setup and technical support of audio/visual equipment for meeting rooms, conference rooms, and multi-purpose rooms. Provides complex technical support for audio/visual systems. Designs audio/visual systems, and creates requests for quotes for audio/visual equipment. Coordinates with onsite team for implementation, support and troubleshooting. Create submittal and installation documentation that is required of a given project. Produce all system drawings and documentation that is required of the project. Maintain a positive customer interaction throughout each job and perform work with the best interest of the company. Must haves: Broad technical knowledge of audio/visual systems, equipment, and related automated hardware and software. Have design, implement and support experience on: Crestron, Logitech, Cisco and Solstice AV platforms and their respective management suits Symphony, RMS, TMS/Prime or other compatible monitoring solution Excellent automated technical skills to install, evaluate, and troubleshoot audio/visual equipment and systems Excellent analytical skills to analyze and correct complex technical problems of audio/visual and related systems Ability to work independently and provide supervision to the technical team. Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment and act upon decisions within scope of delegated authority
