We have an opening in our Human Resource Information Systems Team. The Support Engineer - HRIS will be responsible for L1 - Application Support for Workday and ServiceNow applications.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Hands on experience on Workday Integration Development and/or Support experience in Workday HCM.
  • Good experience with Cloud Connectors, CCW, EIB, DTs, XML/ XSLT, PICOF, and Report Writer BIRT.
  • Resolving the issues through Service Now tool and email communication channels
  • Meet SLAs like response and resolution times by provide quick response
  • Extensively research and document customer technical issues
  • Collaborate with development team members to accurately handle customer inquiries and call out when appropriate
  • Own customer issues from initial report to resolution, presenting with customers regularly regarding issue status.
  • Run monitoring reports for usage, performance, and/or availability.
  • Document solutions for knowledge-base and bring new ideas for innovation

Experience
  • Overall, around 6 years of experience
  • Have minimum of 2+ years of experience in Workday Integration and Reporting
  • WD Integration/ Reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in Workday Core HCM/Security is add on
  • Primarily supporting BAU tickets and working with the dedicated Workday Leads on other tickets/areas when required
