Provides 24.7 global support across APAC, UK and US Responsible for a large part of the Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) process Ensures requests and incidents are processed within Service Level Agreement (SLA) Coordination with IT functional teams and users Conducting trainings Producing detailed technical documents for technical teams as well as for management reporting What will you be doing This role involves the responsibilities of Logical Access Management (creation, deletion and modification) for business-critical applications and managing infrastructure accounts (Active Directory, exchange, LDAP, chat, Remote Access). Creation, deletion and modification of accounts across 700 + applications. Supporting New Joiner Day 1 access and secondary access process. Use of the IAM tools to perform provisioning Ensure all documented procedures are followed in relation to account administration Ensuring processes comply with audit requirements, evidence documentation and QA. Troubleshooting problems in relation to the applications supported and timely escalate technical and non-technical issues to management and support teams as required Process tasks in a timely manner to ensure SLAs are maintained. Manage customer\'s expectations through ongoing communication. Incident and Problem management via ServiceNow. Detail analysis is required to understand the issue and deliver accordingly. Understand different client responses, evaluate and take corrective action. Liaise with QA team and identify the areas need to be rectified and take corrective action and save the evidence for audit references. Good verbal and written skills are required. Drive efficiencies and controls in new and existing service lines/projects/adhoc and deputy tasks Escalation of Incidents to the Shift Manager/SDM within office hours and out of hours as per the Incident Management process . What we\'re looking for: IT related degree with majors in Computer or related discipline from a reputed/top tier institute This role would suit individuals with minimum 2-5 years\' experience within a IT security administration role. In-depth Knowledge on Identity Access Management & Information Security standards. Strong analytical, incident management and problem management skill set. Ability to handle large volumes of repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and high attention to details. Skills that will help you in the role: Identifying and managing IT Security risks. Knowledge of ITIL concepts and Operations best practices. CISM or relevant security certifications will be an added advantage MS Office, Query writing, experience in RPA/API automation Excellent oral communication and inter-personal skills.
