Sales Manager
Location: Gurugram
Sales Manager, Tyroo (Team Snapchat) - We are looking for an experienced business professional who has worked in digital media ad sales. The candidate should have great relationship with direct advertisers and agencies. He/ She should be able to on-board new customers for Snapchat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create new business opportunities for Tyroo - Snapchat partnership in India
- Build, cultivate and leverage a strong, high value network of clients
- Develop proposals, make pitches and close opportunities
- Anticipate issues and proactively communicate both internally and externally
- Own quarterly/ annual revenue targets
- Monitor, analyse sales, market trends and develop an effective strategic sales plan
- Work at both the strategic and tactical level to ensure customer success
- Ensuring revenue realisation through account receivable focus
Prerequisites:
- The candidate should have great relationship with senior executives in advertising agencies and brands.
- Should be able to open doors and conversations started with their experience
- Performance (CPI/CPT/CPS)
- Managed a large book of business in the past
- Numbers-driven with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Collaborator and team player
- Strong storytelling capabilities
- High on initiative
- Drives issues to closure, persists despite obstacles and ambiguities
- Willing to work on multiple time zones
- Proficient and advance knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Experience: 4 to 8 Years
Education Qualification: MBA preferred /Post Graduation/ Graduation
