Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct physical inspections of tyres to assess defects, wear patterns, and damages. Identify manufacturing, operational, or usage-related issues in tyres. Document findings and prepare detailed inspection reports

Role Expectations:



Accuracy of Inspection Reports: Ensure precise identification and documentation of tyre defects and issues. Turnaround Time for Complaint Resolution: Complete inspections and submit reports within the defined time frame. Quality of Root Cause Analysis: Accurately determine the cause of tyre failures and suggest corrective actions. Customer Satisfaction Score: Maintain a high level of satisfaction by addressing customer concerns effectively. Compliance with Industry Standards: Ensure inspections adhere to company and regulatory quality standards. Number of Tyre Inspections Conducted: Meet or exceed the target number of inspections per month. Corrective Action Implementation Rate: Ensure recommended corrective actions are effectively executed and followed up. Reduction in Repeat Complaints: Work towards minimizing recurring tyre complaints through accurate issue resolution.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
