Service Lean
Realiability Centered Maintenance

The Reliability Centered Maintenance within Service LEAN team is responsible for improving further our Service Business' continuous improvement and execution quality culture. We propel the process for Strategy Deployment, work on establishing global concepts, and implement breakthrough improvements based on world class methodologies such as RCM, TPM, Lean and Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Develop concept and tools aiming for more predictable turbine behaviors
• Secure TPM/RCM tools development and deployment
• Increase TPM/RCM maturity and awareness in the regions
• Solve problem root causes together with relevant stakeholders
• Asses training needs
• Reduce operational costs
• Facilitate share of TPM/RCM best practices within your region

Qualifications

• Academic degree Bachelor level or higher
• Minimum 3 years of TPM/RCM experience and track of success
• Experience with TPM/RCM in different environments (i.e. manufacturing, automotive, aerospace)

Competencies

• Ability to evaluate the fault / Component Failure Pattern from Different Signals from Equipment Like Voltage, Temperature, Electrical Signals Etc
• Experience designing, developing, SQL scripts
• Familiarity with SCADA systems will be added advantage
• Certification in any of the PdM technologies such as Thermography, oil analysis, vibration analysis
• Problem solving Methodology- Should be Well Versed with Problem Solving Techniques Such as DMAIC, 5Why Etc
• Stakeholder Communication- Interact constructively and become a solution provider to Different Stakeholders from Various Functions
• Equipment Knowledge - Understand product technology around drivetrain, bearings, hydraulics, cooling systems and other electrical Components like Motors, Pumps, Etc
• Maintenance Program - Assist in developing preventative and predictive maintenance programs for wind turbine equipment. Should Know the basics of Different Maintenance Practices like Preventive Maintenance, Innovative Maintenance, Condition Based Maintenance, Reliability Centered Maintenance Etc
• Standard Work Instruction - Should be able to create Simple Standard work instructions or Guides when a Predictive model is Developed
• Continuous improvement - Continuously looks for ways to improve and provide better solutions
• Policy making - Understanding of Business Case or Other criteria's to prioritize projects while working on multiple projects
• Dashboard and Reporting - Experience in visualization tool such as power BI, Tableau or Qlickview
