Job Description
Mandatory experience of deploying Infrastructure setup of BMC Atrium Orchestrator (TrueSight Orchestration) Providing support for existing workflows enhancement requests. Should have worked as run-book administrator to perform maintenance and support activities. Worked on developing Workflows integrated with Enterprise Incident, Problem & Change management system with ITSM tools like Remedy ARS, ServiceNow, HP Open View, etc. Worked on Integration with Active Directory, Exchange, Consuming & Publishing Web Services with other Applications. Good to have experience in creating adapters for Third-Party Tools, Applications. Skills knowledge- Worked on BMC AO 7.x, 8.x Expert knowledge of XMLXPATHXSLT. Expert in a scripting languages like Shell Script, Perl, VB Script, Java Scripting, Power Shell. Fair knowledge of DB Knowledge like Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL. Good to have knowledge of Active Directory, MS Exchange. Fair knowledge of networking, good to have knowledge of IP Pool, DNS configuration & NATing. Good to have knowledge of Other BMC toolsets like BBNA, BBSA, BMA, Remedy, CLM, etc.
