Your Role and Responsibilities
Software Developers at IBM are the backbone of our strategic initiatives to design, code, test, and provide industry-leading solutions that literally make the world run today - planes and trains take off on time, bank transactions complete in the blink of an eye and the world remains safe because of the work our software developers do. Responsibilities:

• Build automated verification setups for UniFi applications, like Network (including WiFi), Protect, Talk, Access, and other upcoming platforms
• Plan and implement test automation
• Run the automation platforms
• Create data repositories and dashboards
• Report findings with clear visualizations and accurate details
• Collaborate with development teams to address the findings
• Integrate verification platforms with CI/CD

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 5 years hands-on experience of Administering BMC Remedy ITSM with Atrium CMDB & TrueSight Orchestrator
• Individual is responsible for configuration, customization, managing, supporting, monitoring BMC Remedy ITSM and My IT, Smart IT applications Administering
• Job Configuration and Well versed on Remedy ITSM, CMDB, TSO, RSSO, Catalog, SLA & Workflow configuration
• Working knowledge of True Sight Orchestrator & RSSO
• Installation, Configuration, Upgradation, Integration and customization of Applications
• Good Hand on Troubleshoot and support BMC based applications and systems (Able to Self-Troubleshoot with minimum Support)
• Knowledge of Network Components, Windows & Linux OS, VM, SNMP Trap, SLBs & Clustering
• Product certification will be an added advantage.
• Experienced on other BMC Products like TSOM, Discovery, Entuity, Smart Reporting, RSSO, TSSA, TSNA, BCM, TSO and Database will be an added advantage.
• Should be flexible as work timing may differ based on customers' business hours.
