: Dispatcher - US Logistics

Experience Required:

1-3 years in freight dispatching, trucking operations, or freight brokerage.

Shift:

US Shift (Night Shift - IST)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Dispatcher

to manage daily load planning, carrier coordination, and shipment monitoring for US-based operations. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in US/Canada lanes, carrier networks, and the overall freight ecosystem.

Candidates from a Sales background who are willing to transition into Dispatch are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and customers to manage daily dispatch operations. Plan, schedule, and assign loads based on availability and customer requirements. Negotiate rates with carriers and ensure timely movement of freight. Track shipments and provide real-time updates to customers and internal teams. Handle load documentation, communication, and issue resolution. Maintain strong relationships with carrier partners and ensure service quality. Work with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and internal tools for load management.

Required Skills & Competencies

Pay: ₹10,419.64 - ₹50,000.00 per month
