Job Description

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DevOps Engineer (\xe2\x80\x98DOE\xe2\x80\x99) will play a vital role in building and deploying and maintaining the infrastructure for our product development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineers, DevOps Lead, and Product Owners, to streamline the software development life cycle and enhance overall operational efficiency. As a Tresata DOE, you will:

• Design, implement, and manage the deployment pipelines and infrastructure for our product development projects.
• Build and enhance the continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• Utilize AWS/Azure services to architect, deploy, and scale cloud-based components.
• Configure and maintain Kubernetes clusters for containerized applications.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools like Terraform.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Implement and manage container orchestration using tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ensure compliance and implement secure infrastructure practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to DevOps, cloud computing, and containerization.

Requirements WHAT SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE YOU NEED TO BRING

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Good understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with related tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.
• Good scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell) for automation and configuration management.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, SSL).
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer) would be a plus.
