About Our Client
They are a multinational medical equipment manufacturing and production company headquartered in England having their India operations set-up in Pune, producing advance wound management products, anthroscopy products and orthopaedic reconstruction products. They're also a listed entity on the LSE.
The successful candidate for Treasury Manager will have following responsibilities:
- Responsible for cash management activities including cash flow forecast
- Ensure bank accounts management including appropriate documentation, opening / closure of bank accounts
- Responsible for treasury related internal controls and legal compliances
- Overseeing North America banking structure and supporting the finance team with effective communication, strategic actions for active
- Responsible for FX Hedging review and forecast including hedging effectiveness and efficiency in hedging cost
- Managing and overseeing R2R treasury employees providing continuous guidance
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for Treasury Manager must have:
- CA / CMA/ ACCA / CPA
- 8-10 years post qualified experience in the similar role in a multinational company
- Minimum of 3+ year people Management Experience
- Must have fluency in English
- Strong technical knowledge of treasury accounting including FX, liquidity, cash flow, hedging, banking relationship and various financial instruments
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Strong leadership, inter-personal skills and communication skills with ability to build relationship with stakeholders
