and specifically USA/Canada, Sales Agents should have 2+ years exp. of the Air Ticketing sales.:
- Handling queries from US, over calls and chats related to flights, hotel bookings.
- Offering the best available deals and then converting them into Sales.
- Need to assertively handle all calls and keep a strong track of follow ups.
- All the candidates must have good working knowledge of Galileo or amadeus.
- The candidates must have fully knowledge of making routing, pitching sales.
- The candidate should comfortable with Night shifts.
